Submit a Session Proposal

Please submit your session ideas using the link below. You may start and resume a submission at any time, and can edit your submission through your email confirmation from PheedLoop. Submissions will be accepted and may be edited through December 1st, 2025.

Special Registration Discount: As a thank you, all librarians who submit a proposal will receive a code for $25 off registration in addition to the Early Bird rate. Check your proposal confirmation email for the code to use at the end of checkout.


Sessions will be held in one of three formats:

  • Standard Presentation – 50 minutes, including time for Q&A (1-2 speakers)
  • Panel Presentation – 50 minutes, including time for Q&A (3-4 speakers)
  • Innovation Session – 10 minutes, lightning round format, back-to-back with Q&A at the end (1-2 speakers)
