Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass | Phoenix, AZ

The Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass is a combined hotel and conference center just outside of the Phoenix area. Learn more on the About page.

Book through our room block for a heavily discounted rate:

Room rate: $239 per night. A $15 per night resort fee will appear on your reservation, but EBSCO is covering this cost from Sunday-Friday. You will not be charged the resort fee (on applicable nights) when checking in.

Ticket Types

Registration fee includes breakfast, lunch and snacks during Networking Breaks on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, plus dinner and beverages at our evening reception. Guest tickets are available for the reception.

Light refreshments will also be served at our soft registration on Monday, May 24.

Cancellation policy: Registered guests may cancel their registration by contacting us at EBSCOUserGroup@ebsco.com. A full refund will be issued if cancelled by May 10, 2027. A partial (50%) refund will be issued if cancelled between May 11-24, 2027.

If you are registering on someone’s behalf, begin the registration with your own information, but be sure to update the ticket information on the “Assign” tab for each person who will be in attendance (ticket holder). Each ticket holder must have a unique email address.
