Join us at the EBSCO User Group meeting, where academic librarians from across North America come together to share real-world experiences, learn about EBSCO updates, and connect directly with EBSCO teams. Sessions and conversations are shaped by the work happening in libraries today, and participant feedback helps inform future product development.

This year’s meeting will take place at the CHI Health Convention Center in Omaha, Nebraska, from May 5th-8th, 2026. Event highlights include company updates from EBSCO leadership, networking opportunities, expanded help desks that offer one-on-one meetings with product experts and a dedicated workshop day at the end of the conference.

Hotel:
Hilton Omaha – connected directly to the Convention Center

Book through our room block link for a discounted rate. These room rates will be available until April 6th, 2026.

• Enjoy soft registration with light refreshments in the Hilton lobby on Monday, May 4th.
• Access the conference space directly via the Hilton skywalk.
• Take advantage of the Hilton’s complimentary 24-hour shuttle to Eppley Airport, running every 30 minutes.

Workshops

Workshops will take place after the regular conference days, on Friday, May 8th. They are an excellent opportunity for you to work more hands-on in a small group setting with EBSCO experts. Ask questions, give feedback and explore the various topics covered in our specialized workshops.
