How do I register?
Early Bird registration will open on June 25th. Please check back then to register.
What is included in my registration fee?
The registration fee includes access to 2 days of sessions, attendee breakfast, networking breaks, attendee lunch as well as an invitation to the Networking Reception on Wednesday evening. The registration cost for Friday also includes session attendance, attendee breakfast, networking breaks and attendee lunch.
Does the conference have hotel room blocks reserved for attendees?
Our host hotel this year is the Hilton Omaha. Check back later for a link to the hotel room block. Discounted room rates will be available until April 10, 2026.
Where do I find the schedule for EBSCO User Group?
A detailed schedule will be announced in January. If you are interested in proposing a session, please check back on June 25th.
Can other people from my institution attend?
Yes, there is no limit on attendance, however, all attendees need to be registered. Please invite all your colleagues!
I’ve already signed up, but now I have a conflict, can I change my registration details so that a designee may attend?
Yes, please contact EBSCOUserGroup@ebsco.com to change registration details.
What happens if I need to cancel my registration?
Registered guests may cancel their registration. Please contact us at EBSCOUserGroup@ebsco.com.
I’m a presenter, do I have to register?
Yes, everyone needs to register — even presenters.
Do I have to attend the whole event, or can I attend certain sessions?
You are able to pick and choose which sessions you attend. When you register for the event, you will get access to an event page with a link to each session.
Do you have a Facebook page?
We do not have a separate Facebook page, but be sure to follow the hashtag #EBSCOUsers26 on Facebook, Twitter and/or LinkedIn for updates about the event.
Do you have a Twitter hashtag?
Yes, please use #EBSCOUsers26. We encourage you to tweet about the event and when you do, be sure to include the hashtag.
